For the automatic packaging of products in overcups.

The KSM RTSPA 700 compact model consists of the below sub-systems:
-Six stations rotating table with six double cup slots.
-Automatic cup feeding mechanism. 11111 -Automatic plastic spoon feeding mechanism.
-Dose receiving system.
-Automatic aluminum foil feeding and sealing mechanism.
-Automatic grouping into columns and forwarding to the exit mechanism.

And it works as follows:
The rotating disk stops to six stations.
-In the first station the cups are automatically placed into the slots of the rotating disk. 11111111 -In the second station the plastic spoons are fed into the cups.
-In the third station the trays are filled with product from the weigher.
-In the fourth station the aluminum foil is placed on the cup.
-In the fifth station the aluminum foil is sealed.
-In the final station the caps are automatically grouped into columns and forwarded to the exit of the packaging machine.
